Just minutes can slow your body down and help them feel relax.

Changes in lifestyle can be like changing your eating habits to a healthy diet, getting enough sleep, or even organize your time more efficiently so that you do not feel stressed. Also taking care of your body will help your body deal with stress is during the day.
